RATES & POLICIES

Room and Rates

• Room rate: $144.00 single or double occupancy per night plus 14.% SF City Taxes. Full payment is due in advance or upon check-in
• A minimum stay of 3 or 4 nights (depending on dates) is required on most weekends and holiday periods.
• Check-in time is normally 3 p.m. or is determined by prearrangement with host. Checkout time is 11 a.m.
• We regret we cannot accept pets.
• In consideration of our guests we are a NON SMOKING guest house.

Reservations and Cancellations

• Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; so we strictly adhere to policies.
• Reservations may be secured by a deposit in the amount of 1 night’s stay plus tax. Reservations of 3 to 4 nights require a deposit in the amount of 2 might’s stay plus tax. Reservations of 5 to 6 nights require a deposit in the amount of 3 night’s stay plus tax. Reservations of 7 or more nights require an additional deposit depending on the length of stay.
• We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Traveler’s Checks, and Cash.
• Deposits are refundable less a $45 processing fee if we are notified of cancellation at least 21 days prior to your expected arrival.
• If notification of cancellation is 20 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit less the $45 processing fee is refundable only if we are able to re-book Dolores Place for the entire length of your reserved stay. We will make every effort to do so. Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policies.
